Il Presidente del Parlamento Europeo, Jerzy Buzek, ha concesso il Patrocinio del Parlamento Europeo alla tredicesima edizione del Festival Internazionale del Circo “Città di Latina”. Il Presidente, nel riconoscere al Circo un ruolo importante nell’arte e nella cultura europea, conferma l’impegno del Parlamento europeo nella tutela e nella promozione culturale.
